RAID OF SUSPECTED MILITANT HIDEOUT IN KANO; LEAVING 14 DEAD

A suspected hideout for the Islamist militants planning for an Easter attack on the city of Kano was raided by soldiers from the Joint Task Force.  This resulted to proper gunfight among both parties. Nevertheless, 14 militants were killed in the shootout as reported by the military spokesperson.
